ReGen Therapeutics Plc (the ‘Company’) announces that on 23 January 2004 it received notification from New Opportunities Investment Trust Plc that, following a disposal by it of 3,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company, it now retains a holding of 17,212,121 ordinary shares representing 6.57% of the issued share capital of the Company.
