ReGen Therapeutics Plc (the ‘Company’) announces that on 17 November 2004 it received notification from New Opportunities Investment Trust Plc that, following a disposal by it of 3,500,000 ordinary shares of the Company, it now retains a holding of 13,712,121 ordinary shares representing 4.77% of the issued share capital of the Company.
