ReGen Therapeutics Plc, which is currently raising up to £5 million through a placing and public offer for subscription, which closes on the 21st March 2000, plans to announce the results of the placing and offer on the 23rd March at 3.00pm following an Extraordinary General Meeting at 10.00 am on the 22nd March 2000. It is anticipated that dealings will commence on AIM on the 24th March 2000.
