London, UK – 4 March 2002: ReGen Therapeutics Plc (the ‘Company’) announces that it has issued 630,000 new ordinary shares to Hoodless Brennan & Partners plc at 10p per share pursuant to the exercise in part of an option granted to it by the Company on 5 November 2001 (‘New Ordinary Shares’).
Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange plc and dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 am on 5th March 2002.
