London, UK – 19 June, 2002: ReGen Therapeutics Plc (the “Company”) announces that on 11 June 2002 it received notification from Hoodless Brennan & Partners Plc (“Hoodless”) that, following an acquisition by Hoodless of 2,489,702 ordinary shares of the Company on 11 June 2002, Hoodless’s shareholding in the Company was 3.68% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Further, the Company received notification from Hoodless on the 11 June 2002 that, following a disposal by it of 1,712,000 ordinary shares of the Company on 11 June 2002, its shareholding is now less than 3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
