ReGen Therapeutics plc announces that Dr. Wieland Wolf, an appointee of the Rentschler Group, has today resigned as a non-executive director of the company, thereby enabling him to concentrate on his key commitments to Rentschler.
Dr Nikolaus Rentschler, Managing Director of the Rentschler Group said: ‘The Rentschler Group has undergone a significant strategic shift in its business model and is currently in the process of launching a major expansion programme, which requires the full management capacity of all the employees.
Dr. Wolf’s time is therefore required on a more permanent basis within the Rentschler business’.
Percy Lomax, Chairman of ReGen said: ‘ We would like to take this opportunity of thanking Wieland Wolf for his invaluable contribution to ReGen during his time on the Board. We understand the need for him to concentrate on his commitments in Germany and wish him and Rentschler every success with them’.
