ReGen Therapeutics plc announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, all of the resolutions were unanimously passed.
At the Extraordinary General Meeting, Chairman Percy Lomax confirmed that the Directors currently have no intention to issue shares in the Company, pursuant to the authorities granted to the Directors by the resolutions, until after announcement of the results of the clinical trial currently being conducted in Poland.
